In an environment with Windows 10, Chrome, and an HDR display, I was troubled by the flickering of the screen when I scrolled the mouse.
By turning off hardware acceleration in Chrome's settings, the flickering disappeared.
For performance, hardware acceleration should be turned on, but I'll leave it off for a while and see how it goes.
On the downside, when hardware acceleration is turned off, the HDR playback option on YouTube is no longer visible.
